1. Acceptance of Terms

By initializing a dynamic project brief application, authorizing a strategic design consultation, or utilizing an asset template, you legally agree to fulfill these complete Terms of Service. If you do not accept these guidelines, you are restricted from utilizing our development pipelines.

2. Scope of Studio Services

DesignXMB functions as a high-end web architecture, luxury brand system strategy, and legal business formation studio. Detailed milestones, exact feature maps, and launching dates are explicitly locked inside individual client design contracts rather than general portfolio summaries.

3. Financial Frameworks & Fees

All structured development tracks and consultation slots adhere to strict investment regulations:

4. Project Input & Assets

Clients are strictly required to provide required copy assets, high-resolution product imagery layers, and brand assets in alignment with project timelines. DesignXMB is not liable for launch delays caused by missing client input content portfolios.

5. Intellectual Property & Equity

Complete Asset Liberation
Upon the final processing of your contract fees invoice, 100% of the custom front-end source code, localized database structures, and luxury logo vector layers transfer entirely to you. DesignXMB retains zero rent-seeking claim over your data equity. We reserve the authorization to display completed renders inside our Selected Work exhibition array.

6. LLC Creation & Legal Disclaimers

While our studio registers Articles of Organization and applies for Federal EIN tracks cleanly, DesignXMB does not operate as a certified public law firm or accounting entity. Our corporate preparation servicesare strictly mechanical filing execution models. Clients should cross-examine complex tax regulations with certified specialists.
